All orders placed are confirmed by E-mailor fax
We cannot replace items due to accidental damage.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch goods on the next working day after receipt of cleared funds. You will normally receive your item(s) within 2-4 working days from date of dispatch. If you do require goods by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering - we will do all we can to ensure your products arrive on time.
Should you not be present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave notification of its attempt to deliver and will then re-attempt delivery. If you are still not present then the carrier may return the package to us. If this occurs then the cost of the additional delivery back to you will be charged at the normal delivery rate. Please always ensure that the correct delivery address is given and the name of the person who will sign for the delivery. You will be responsible for signature by the correct person at your premises.
Title & Risk
Ownership of the goods will not pass until we receive payment in full.
We will carry risk in the goods up to the value of the carriers cover that you have selected. Risk will pass to you on delivery.
Warranty
Subject to the following paragraph, we warrant to you that the goods will be free from manufacturing defects. Defective goods will be replaced. This warranty is in lieu of all other conditions and warranties express, implied, statutory or otherwise in respect of the goods save where and to the extent that any such conditions or warranties may not be excluded by law.
This warranty is subject to you notifying of the defect within 30 days from delivery and you storing the goods in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions. All faulty items returned to us must first be issued with a returns number - please contact us.
Liability
This provision sets out our entire liability in connection with our contract in respect of breach of contract or statutory duty, representations, statements or tortious acts or omissions including negligence.
We shall not be liable for (whether direct or indirect) any loss or contracts, profits, revenue, goodwill, business, use of the goods or consequential losses, nor for any indirect losses.
Our liability for late delivery shall be limited to that which is available to us from the carrier.
Our liability (which is not wholly excluded or addressed above) shall not exceed the order value.
Nothing in this contract shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, or death or personal injury due to our negligence.
This provision shall apply before and after any termination of our contract.
Each of the above sub paragraphs on liability shall survive independently.
Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under our contract due to any force majeure event including Act of God, Government Act, fire, explosion, embargo, terrorism, war, civil disturbance, accident, epidemics, lightning damage, strikes, industrial dispute, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, or the occurrence of any of the aforementioned force Majeure events to our suppliers which result in their delay or failure to perform.
Third Parties
Third parties have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (or any amendments to or re-enactments of it) to enforce any provision of our contract.
Law
The parties agree that this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with English law, without reference to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all disputes under this Agreement.
